LAVAZZA VW VAN
We converted a vintage VW van, into a Lavazza Coffee Van, which visited the most popular islands of Mykonos, Santorini, Paros and Crete.
We were contacted, to prepare a special vehicle, for the Italian coffee brand “Lavazza”. The concept was to perform a Road Show in the heart of the Mediterranean summer. Destinations would be the islands of Crete, Paros, Mykonos and Santorini. The ideal vehicle would serve espresso coffee to the people on the beach and nearside.
We converted and restored a 1976 old vintage van, the famous VW T2B. As the vehicle was in a very bad condition, we had to do a complete restoration and at the same time a full conversion to what we had in mind. So, we opened a hatch on the side and created an opening roof. The concept was that when the vehicle would be in motion, it would look like an ordinary panel van; but a complete coffee shop – espresso spot when the vehicle would stand still!
This conversion has given us so much pride and we have received plenty of emails and phone calls, from customers around the globe, who would be interested to purchase this beautiful van!
